This is an old version of the manual, so please be aware that many things may have subtly (or more significantly) changed in ExploreASL. Nevertheless, this may serve as a useful reference to understand some parts of the pipeline.

Also note that the tips under FAQ below are "quick & dirty", they should work but may not be comprehensive so please do not use this as only information, rather this should be a start.
