Chunk Claims

There are two types of chunk claims, town, and personal. Both can be obtained from boosters in crates. Town claims can be claimed and modified by mayors, while personal claims can be claimed and modified by the person who claimed it. Both chunks still have to be touching another town chunk claim.

Personal Reserves belong to the players profile, meaning if they have 20 claims available and in use, and they decide to leave their town and join another, they will still have 20 claims available to use in that town.

Chunk claims are free to use, but daily collect fees, and if there are insufficient funds, claims will be sold.

Chunk claims all have multiple options such as Building, Breaking, Farming, Killing, Pvp, and Interaction that can be disabled to outsiders

The fee's are bracketed, meaning that the more claims are in use, the more they will cost, however the cost increase only applies to the new claims.
Personal Reserve Fees: (Taken from the player)

• 5 Chunks Per Bracket

• First Bracket is Free

• 2nd Bracket is $75 each

• 3rd and up adds $25 to the cost each time

Town Chunk Fees: (Taken from the town bank. Not season bank)

• 10 Chunks Per Bracket

• Base Cost of $100 each

• $25 increase per bracket
