The Housing Market
The housing market is located just below spawn. It can be found by exploring spawn or by doing
/warp housing
The Sale sign
The sale sign lists the name, price, and builder.
This price is a combination of the cost of materials and the builder's fee.
Right click the sign to open the purchase menu.
You can purchase your own building, but instead of paying the materials + builders fee you will pay 1.5x the material cost.
Once you confirm your purchase, the money is immediately taken from your balance and the builder is paid.
The next step is to open a ticket on discord under the housing market channel.
Please provide your username and the house you purchased, and staff will communicate with you to schedule a time when they can paste it in for you in the survival world.
Staff will check to confirm that you actually purchased this house.
Please have the area you want this built in prepared before purchasing/submitting a ticket.
When pasting it in staff will also check to make sure the area you are wanting it built in does not overlap or interfere with another player's builds.
You can purchase multiple at a time, staff will be able to see how many you purchased upon confirming your purchase.
Staff will work with you to get it pasted in the right orientation and placement. All sales are final.
