Rules

Cheating includes use of any hacked clients or mods. Other than the obvious stuff like optifine, litematica, and other mods that don't give you an unfair advantage. 

Cheating also includes exploiting glitches. We aren't going to be super down your throat about everything, so if you are questioning something, just ask. TNT & Rail dupes are fine so long as they don't cause lag. OTHER DUPES ARE NOT OKAY.

Yes, we can tell if you are Xraying, Yes, we will know if you use nuker, killaura, triggerbot, bhop, or most other hacks.

Redstone contraptions and even automatic farms (See Below) are allowed however if they are lagging a server, we will have to remove them. If you are planning something big, talk to us first and we will be more than happy to test some things out so you don't waste hours of your life building something just for it to be torn down.

Being respectful means:

• leaving players alone when they ask

• not being excessively explicit, and keeping chat clean when/if another player requests it, staff or not.
  We allow all ages on the server, so in game chat must be kept clean.

• name calling should be light-hearted, and come to a complete stop if someone expresses dis-interest. We understand that not all friendships are the same and some people don't mind trash talking and being trash talked to, we just ask you be respectful of those who don't share that.

• not making jokes about obscene, traumatic, or otherwise uncomfortable topics. If someone expresses dis-interest in the topic of your jokes, stop. This is a minecraft server not a public forum.
  Hate speech, encouraging self-harm, sexual comments are not allowed.

• Not spamming chat

• Not building/breaking around others builds without permission

Griefing includes:

• Stealing of any sort (Including on death, and including burning dropped items)

• Building/Breaking Any part of another players build / area without their permission

• Scamming in any way

• Unsolicited killing. PvP must be agreed upon

Mayors are not meant to be the owners of towns, more so the people that have the power to change things at the will of the members, such as changing the color, banner, name, and spawn location. If you are the mayor in a town, don't be changing things without consulting and getting a majority of peeps on board

If you are going to have an automatic farm, Please make it look pretty or hide it. Nobody likes Shmugly giant autofarms in the middle of their pretty town.

Please put a sign with your name by your houses/builds especially in towns, so that people know who to contact if they are tryna make changes to surrounding areas. If your name is not found players will be allowed to modify, or add to your builds.

As mentioned in the Towns section you aren't required to live in your town's spawn, however you should at least try to have some builds there.

Don't build anything by another town without their permission. (5 Chunk Gap from Border  use /t map)

Do not make personal reserve claims that contain other peoples builds or stuff without their permission

If you leave a town, you must remove your personal reserves that belong to that town at the request

You may not trap a town with chunk claims, You may not claim the spawn.
