To oversee the district's equity efforts and guarantee that all students have equal access to education, the DEIB office examines policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure ALL students in EPS have access to the tools they need to be successful and thrive in today's world.
The EPS Office of Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) has been charged with advancing the district's anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive education strategy and mission. To close the disparities in racial, cultural, and socioeconomic opportunities within our district and schools OEIB offers a variety of tools including professional development, leadership & instructional support, student assistance, and family participation opportunities.
Our core values are derived from Superintendent Hart's Entry Plan where he outlines his Leadership Values that guide our priorities in EPS.
