This is a 16-week, asynchronous, online course.
This course is organized into 16 weekly modules which include interactive video lectures, discussions, and quizzes available every Monday. All weekly assignments are due every Sunday night.
There are no required, live, weekly class meetings.
There is no required textbook. All class material will be presented through interactive lectures videos, slideshows, and online links.
You will as asked attend a live class discussion session via Zoom. You will have a variety of days/times to choose from, and are only asked to attend once a month. If you are not able to attend, an alternative assignment will be provided.
Log on to Canvas regularly to check announcements and plan how you will complete the week's work.
Keep up with the work. While I will allow late work, you'll benefit the most if you keep pace with the class so that we can have better live discussions and you can effectively absorb the content.
Come to the live discussions! This is where some of the most interesting learning will take place!
Reach out to me - frequently and early - if you need anything! I'm happy to work with you if you need anything, so let me know if something is interfering with your progress in class.
