4th Grade

Mr. Bidtah

Greetings EBS 4th grade students, parents and families.

First of all, I hope this finds everyone safe and in good health!

For my class, I have developed a Facebook website for those that have internet access. I will be updating this site weekly with assignments and announcements. Most of the assignments will include review materials that were covered during the 19-20 School Year.

Packets have been passed out on Thursday (4.16.20) with Reading and Math practice. This included Readworks and Great Minds practice. The packets included a cover page that gave a weekly schedule for each assignments. There was also a 2nd packet that was given out for extra practice.

Splashmath is another resource that has been added this week. It is a fun, interactive site for math practice, I will be going in and set the standard that needs to be practiced going into the fifth grade, the assignments will be there for your student to practice. Please check your e-mail for the invitations into Splashmath.

Istation- parents and students, please continue to log into I-station. I will be checking regularly and adding assignments in the backpack section.

AR-students, please continue to take AR test when you can. Continue to use any resources (books) that you may have.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I check my email multiple times a day.

Be safe!

Mr. Bidtah

Mrs. Lee

Dear Families:

Thank you for the support you have provided your students, and their teachers during this national shut-down.

We are in Semester 2, Quarter 4 of the 2019-2020 School Year. Last day of Semester 2 is May 22, 2020. As of April 17, 2020, we have five weeks, 25 days of school left in the 2019-2020 School Year.

The final Quarter of the year certainly didn’t end as we would have wished. Instead of a focus on what didn’t happen, we choose to focus on our opportunities and challenges presented by this shut-down.

Central Consolidated School District has been supportive, encouraging, and informative as we began this journey. For that, we thank the District Office and Administration of each building.

Now it is time for teachers and students to begin to finish the year with a focus on assigned work, working with iStation, Accelerated Reader books and assessments, worksheets, and try to finish the Saxon math book.

Your hard work for the past three Quarters is appreciated. Thank you for being my students, working with me, and know, that I will look at these last two years as a great learning experience in my life. My life has been enriched by you.

Thanks.

Mrs. Joy Lee, 4th grade teacher, EBS Elementary
