Services will include, but not limited to the following activities.
Initial meeting with the board to review scope of search and specific anticipated activities, costs and timeline (sample timeline included)
Advertising for the position
Speaking with candidates and answering questions about the search
Facilitating distribution of information about the district
Development of a unique application specifically for Davidson County Schools
Design and deployment of board approved surveys to desired constituencies (personnel, parents, community stakeholders)
Facilitation of a community input session for designing a desired candidate profile if desired by the Board
Arranging and facilitating interviews
Checking references and other required checks
Maintenance of confidentiality throughout the search
Communication with candidates, finalists and the selected individual throughout the process
Communication with the Board of Education concerning the search
Communication with candidates and Board attorney during the contract phase of the search (Note – Our services do not include drafting or negotiating the contract)
