Eury Consulting proposes to assist Charter Schools by conducting a quality review of six areas of essential functions vital to performing at highest capacity.

General Organization: The school is organized in such a manner as to assure a rigorous and relevant education for all students, with a curriculum that assures equity for all students.
Curriculum and Instruction: The overall curriculum mirrors contemporary organization in a way that focuses on high levels of success for all students, and the instructional program mirrors best practices in all educational settings.
Professional Development and Staff Utilization: There is an effective process of teacher recruitment, successful means of teacher retention, and a comprehensive program of professional development. All are integrated into the culture of the school. Work towards a PLC is evident.
General Management: The school is organized and managed in an effective manner, which reflects a total commitment to supporting teachers, serving student needs, and using best practices from both the academic and business sectors. All of the policies and procedures of the school support the goal of a superior school where success for all students is the rule.
Stakeholder Involvement: The entire educational community is aware of practices and procedures needed to support and sustain a systematic effort to assure that every student receives a superior education which will lead to success in school and beyond.
Continuum of processes for this service is a needs assessment with rubrics for artifact examinations, observations and data analyses. Following the assessment will be the collaborative development of a strategic plan of action to address identified needs in the six areas with possible development in building level leadership, teacher leadership and overall collective efficacy for capacity development.
