Eury Consulting Services can provide assistance on multiple levels of program evaluations. Support can be provided in the planning stages of program development or in the evaluation stages, whether formative or summative. Associates have considerable experience in both phases of support that cover over 15 years of work.
Components of the Evaluation Process:
Situation
Environment
Assumptions
Inputs
Outputs
Outcomes and Identifiable Impacts
The following questions will drive the planning stage of evaluation:
What is the current or local environment?
What is the need/problem/opportunity that is identify in the needs assessment?
What trend data is available or could be collected to assist in determining degree of need?
What assumptions can be made based on the trend data?
Next step will be to identify and agree upon the outcomes, outputs and inputs associated with the planning stage reflection.
The length of the evaluation will result from an agreement with clients and Eury Consulting based on use of the evaluation. The potential values from the evaluation will be program monitoring for adjustments, continuations, or cancellations of program activities. The evaluation will also allow client to respond to decision-making bodies and/or grant agencies.
