The River Feshie, nestled away in the Scottish Highlands, obtains a great amount of sediment travel from upstream mountains. The change in sediment levels causes the river to braid and create sediment deposits along the river. In creating this map, we collected data from Riverscapes, a Geomorphic Change Detection (GCD) software. We created multiple DEM of Differences (DoDs) in ArcMap, by using tools such as Change Detection and Error Surface in the GCD Project Explorer to observe the effects of various error thresholds on data from 2003 to 2004.Â
