Sounds nice and they may help you, but I took a course that offered this yet they didn't have any jobs where I wanted to teach. The truth is you can find plenty of jobs on your own if you look. I wouldn't try to find someone to hold your hand. You are going abroad. Be independent. Otherwise you'll get taken for a ride by someone at some point.
