We can observe here that our core target is between 18 and 24 years old with 65.3% of answers from 101 participants. 25.7% has between 25-35%. Our survey reached largely people who are less than 35 years old.
Here our aim was to know which assets could be the more important for people who used shared e-scooters or people who are ready to use it. 62 people out of 100 think that the main assets is easy to use. 43 people out of 100 feel concerned by the environment and 52 by their wallet.
On this answer we can see that the opinions are very divided, 54% of people think that the electric scooter is dangerous in its use and 49% think that it is not. Even if the majority agree that it is dangerous, there is not a very important difference on this answer.
26 people out of 101 answered. All of them rated this experience above the average, 5/10. Anyone of these participants are unsatisfied by the experience. Our participants average is 8.35/10 which is a good thing.
Protection on e-scooters are essential, same as bike or scooters. On this graph we can see that people are ready to protect themselves during the use of the electric scooter with 61% of the answers. On the other hand 29% of people do not feel that they are wearing a helmet or other protection. Finally, only 18% of people are ready to wear more than just a helmet for better protection. We can deduce that safety is important for electric scooter users.
Almost the half of interviewed people (49.5%) think that between 16 and 30cents a minute is fine. That is a good point for us because this is the average price of shared e-scooters. 38.6% think that the good price is under 15 cents a minute which is a bit lower for us but it's really interesting to see how much people are ready to pay to use our service.
