A Diary Note can only be created by students. It allows students to assign a diary note to a specific class, which will then be displayed in their Class Diary andDay Plan.
A diary note can be created from the Day Plan or Class Diary by clicking the
button.
A new diary note can also be added by right clicking on the relevant period on the Day Plan or Class Diary.

To create a student diary note, click the add button to open a new window, as shown below.
Add the necessary information to the textbox, choose the relevant date and period and click Save & Close.
The Note will then appear in the Class Diary and Day Plan.
