Bolt type : grade 2 Hex bolt
used 23/64 drill size to create hole indicated by the marking on the tap chart
using drill press to create hole to be tapped
using tap to create thread for the bolt to be placed in
using torque wrench to tighten the bolt down using the correct 45 ft lbs of force for the bolt
Torque spec chart- bolt used was 3/8 16 so 45 ft/lb of force was speced to the torque wrench

Final Product-top being partners bolt placed into metal block using drill press and TAP, middle bieng the torqued bolt wit whasher and nut, and finally my bolt using teh drill press, and tap and with Die to clean threads of bolt
