Projekt V vrtincu sprememb – spodbudno in varno učno okolje je Erasmus+ projekt OŠ Dragomelj, namenjen razvoju spodbudnega, varnega, vključujočega in sodobnega učnega okolja. V ospredju projekta so mednarodno sodelovanje, strokovni razvoj zaposlenih, mobilnosti učencev in prenos dobrih praks v šolski prostor.
Življenje v današnjem hitro spreminjajočem se, digitalnem in materialno usmerjenem svetu prinaša številne izzive. Med njimi so razdrobljeni odnosi, odtujenost, slabša komunikacija, poudarjanje pravic ob zanemarjanju dolžnosti ter posledice družbenih kriz, kot so pandemija, vojne in druge negotovosti. Posledice hitrega tempa življenja se kažejo tudi v čustvenih stiskah otrok, staršev in zaposlenih. Učenci se lahko soočajo z občutki manjvrednosti, nemoči, umika, žalosti ali jeze, kar se lahko postopoma izraža tudi v nezaželenih oblikah vedenja.
Osnovni cilj vsake šole, tudi naše, je kakovostno delo z učenci, ki jim omogoča uspešno nadaljevanje šolanja ter jih podpira pri oblikovanju vrednot, samozavesti in zdrave osebnosti. Za to je potrebno varno in spodbudno učno okolje, ki temelji na kakovostnem strokovnem razvoju zaposlenih, nadgradnji ključnih kompetenc ter uvajanju novih metod in pristopov poučevanja.
Ključni cilj naše šole je dvig kulture dialoga in medsebojnega spoštovanja med učenci, zaposlenimi in starši. Projekt povezuje spodbudno učno okolje s trajnostnim razvojem, sodobnimi pristopi poučevanja, učenjem ter razvojem digitalnih kompetenc.
Naš pedagoški kader že sedaj odlikujejo strokovnost, izkušnje, objave v strokovnih revijah in zbornikih, sodelovanje na domačih in mednarodnih konferencah ter vključevanje v različne projekte. Z Erasmus+ projektom želimo dosedanje znanje, izkušnje in aktivnosti še dodatno podkrepiti, nadgraditi in prenesti v vsakdanje delo šole.

V projektu se želimo soočiti z izzivi sodobnega šolskega prostora in iskati načine, kako razvijati otrokove kompetence, kot so čuječnost, ustvarjalnost, konstruktivno reševanje problemov, obvladovanje čustev, kritično mišljenje, empatija in sodelovanje. Pomembna se nam zdi tudi integracija vsepodročnega učenja, znotraj katerega izpostavljamo jezikovno opismenjevanje v maternem in tujem jeziku.
The project In the Whirlwind of Change – A Supportive and Safe Learning Environment is an Erasmus+ project of OŠ Dragomelj, aimed at developing a supportive, safe, inclusive and modern learning environment. The project focuses on international cooperation, the professional development of staff, pupil mobilities and the transfer of good practices into the school environment.

Why the project?
Life in today’s rapidly changing, digital and materially oriented world brings many challenges. These include fragmented relationships, alienation, weaker communication, an emphasis on rights while neglecting responsibilities, and the consequences of social crises such as the pandemic, wars and other uncertainties. The effects of the fast pace of life are also reflected in the emotional distress of children, parents and staff. Pupils may face feelings of inferiority, helplessness, withdrawal, sadness or anger, which can gradually also be expressed through undesirable forms of behaviour.
Project Aim
The basic aim of every school, including ours, is high-quality work with pupils, enabling them to successfully continue their education and supporting them in developing values, self-confidence and a healthy personality. This requires a safe and supportive learning environment based on the quality professional development of staff, the upgrading of key competences, and the introduction of new teaching methods and approaches.
The key aim of our school is to raise the culture of dialogue and mutual respect among pupils, staff and parents. The project connects a supportive learning environment with sustainable development, modern teaching approaches, learning and the development of digital competences.
What do we want to upgrade?
Our teaching staff are already distinguished by professionalism, experience, publications in professional journals and proceedings, participation in national and international conferences, and involvement in various projects. Through the Erasmus+ project, we want to further strengthen, upgrade and transfer our existing knowledge, experience and activities into the everyday work of the school.
Project Activities
The project activities include:
teacher mobility,
job shadowing,
training courses for professional staff,
mobility of pupils with fewer opportunities,
preparation of materials,
reflection and dissemination of the knowledge gained.
Developing Competences
Within the project, we want to address the challenges of the modern school environment and look for ways to develop children’s competences, such as mindfulness, creativity, constructive problem-solving, emotional regulation, critical thinking, empathy and cooperation. We also consider the integration of cross-curricular learning to be important, with special emphasis on language literacy in the mother tongue and in foreign languages.
