The Wealthier School Districts

The school districts with a higher population of white people tend to have higher budgets for their schools, therefore better conditions for the students and higher quality of education. School districts with higher education budgets also have a higher property tax which in change means that only wealthier families can afford to live there and redirecting those of lower incomes to the lower education budget school districts where the schools and teachers struggle to give their students a decent education with the limited means they are given. The lower budget school districts have a higher population of minorities including Blacks and Latinos.
