Proposal

My proposal to better the quality of education in Long Island would be to let New York State manage the education funds and distribute them appropriately to the school districts who need the funds more than others. For example those school districts with less students and more funds in their education budgets should be given a fair and appropriate amount that will suffice their needs meanwhile other school districts that have a larger school population should be given the sufficient funds they would require to provide a high standard quality education. Those school districts with higher education budget funds would become average comparable to everyone else. The impact this would have in segregated communities would be big enough that this may impact the housing costs and lower them enough that segregated communities would end up mixing together and that financial wall would be less of an obstacle since the housing cost and property taxes will be brought down to palpable reach of the common average family whether that be Latino, Black or White we could all come to coexist in communities where everyone is more at the same level playing field. The purpose is to distribute the education funds and allow for high quality education to finally be established as a right and not a privilege.
