The main concept that I learned in this unit is how data becomes wisdom for us humans and that information and knowledge are the in-between components to make that happen.

A unit of data consisting of a collection of entities
record (as related to DBs)
Fundamental unit of data storage representing a single row in a database table
Query
A precise request for information or action from a database or information system
DBMS
Software that enables users to create, define, retrieve, manage, and manipulate data within a database
Data
Raw, unorganized facts, figures, or observations that can be processed and stored by computer systems
Information 
A character in HTML and text processing that ensures two words, numbers, or elements are kept together on the same line
Knowledge
Structured, actionable representation of information that enables a system or human to understand and solve problems
Wisdom
The highest level of the DLKW pyramid representing the ability to apply knowledge and experience to make strategic decisions
