What was learned? 

I learned the importance of note-taking in general and how important it is for memory to take notes by hand.

I learned the ins and outs of Outlook. Such as tips and tricks for the software, how to input a signature, and how to BCC someone in an email. 

Learning how Brightspace communicates with me as a person and how many different ways Brightspace communicates with us, because it is way more than just sending notifications. 

I also learned the importance of professional emails and how to properly draft them.
