Superconductivity
What is Superconductivity?
What is Superconductivity?
At a specific temperature, certain materials suddenly have a property of R=0 or C ~>infinity
Some SC's are now "high temp" and approaching room temperature!
Classic SC's include ceramics, such as yttrium | Buy your own starter kit for experimentation!
Super cooling with Liquid N2 is still common, but not the standard for the science anymore
Magnetic phase locking is used for many kinds of experiments, and in the future may help us in space!
