The COVID-19 Pandemic disrupted agricultural and food systems around the world. Essential workers throughout the food value chain were put at higher risk, lost wages in other sectors created food access barriers and lead to increased global food insecurity, and farms of all scales had to adapt quickly in order to stay afloat.
