My solution as an entrepreneur is to create a gaming platform for children affected by depression to play while getting treatment from a therapist.

One of the first things I will need to do is connect with licensed and educated therapists to make sure we can create a game that could not only be engaging for children but also work as a therapy tool. I will also need to connect with a computer programmer to learn how to code the game once the concept is created. We will probably need a prototype to figure out if this is possible.

This solution, temporarily called GameCare will need the following resources:

Refine the Solution

Over time, entrepreneurs refine the solution. They create a pilot (first attempt at a service), prototype (first stage of product) or a first version - often times known as a minimum viable product or MVP - to learn what they can about the implementation of the solution/value they offer.

Then entrepreneurs set out to improve the solution as they go to make sure value is being provided. Feedback from customers and further research and information gathering will help the idea/solution improve.

Entrepreneurs also make sure to reflect often on how the solution is working, and the challenges they face so that they can work towards new ways to provide the solution to best meet the value customers want and improve how the venture operates.
