A Level English Language

A Level English Language:

Building on what students know already from GCSE, our English Language specification is designed to teach the skills every language student needs to explore and critically engage with a wide range of texts. There are opportunities for students to demonstrate their engagement with language in the real world –including attitudes to current language issues, as well as exploring language in particular contexts.

Entry Requirements: GCSE grade 5 across subjects including Maths. GCSE grade 6 English Language and English Literature.
