The BELL Program is administered by LifeQuest Church of Zeeland, Michigan and her desire to, in the name of Jesus, “Connect, Transform, and Send.” Leadership of the program is appointed by and accountable to the Leadership Team of the Church.

Program Coordinators are Drs. Burt and Marlene Braunius. Their shared lifetime experiences include primary, secondary, and graduate school teaching and administration and organizational leadership of formal and non-formal educational public and faith-based organizations.
