These are the progress photos of my ring! The first photo was taken from an extra ring, but the rest are from my official ring.
What made me the most proud was the twisting on my ring because the twists made it look almost like a birds nest, which a few friends and I thought looked really pretty. This came as a pleasant surprise because I, initially, thought my twists were a pretty average length and that my ring would have at least three times as many twists than it actually has.
Some challenges I faced while making my ring was keeping the four joint pieces together so that I could solder them. They were very loose and pointed in opposite directions instead of running in parallel. Furthermore, I was unable to solder my ring together as well as I wanted. If the wires ran parallel and side by side, the solder would have been able to fill in the crevices. However, the wires on one side of the joint would not cooperate, so I had a little gap in my ring.
