Our Medical Simulation Faculty are Fellowship Trained Simulationists and Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians. We practice at tertiary academic centers and community hospitals within the Northwell Health System.
Simulation Fellows are assigned a home clinical site at one of the many emergency departments within the Northwell Health System as half-time (0.5 FTE) attending physicians. Historically, these sites have included the academic hospitals (North Shore University Hospital, Long Island Jewish Hospital or South Shore University Hospital) or one of the many community hospitals within the Northwell Health System.

Sister institution of the Zucker School of Medicine Emergency Medicine Residency, NSUH is a tertiary receiving Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke and Cardiac Center with an annual ED patient volume of about 90,000 visits/year. NSUH is also home Sandra Atlas Bass Cardiac Hospital.

Sister institution of the Zucker School of Medicine Emergency Medicine Residency, located in Queens, NY, LIJMC is a Tertiary Receiving Level 2 Trauma Center Stroke and Cardiac Center with an annual patient volume of >100,000 vists/year. LIJMC is also home to the Katz Womens Hospital, R.J. Zuckerberg Cancer Center, Zucker Hillside Hospital, Cohens Children's Medical Center.

Lenox Hill Hospital is a 450-bed, acute care facility in Manhattan's Upper East Side. The Emergency Department is a 34 Bed, STEMI and Stroke Receiving center, with a brand new simulation center built within the Emergency Department. Lenox Hill Hospital offers a unique and immersive Emergency Medicine and Simulation experience in the heart of New York City.
