Using mission planner it allows for an easy way to following the lining of your property using a simple step of creating way points for the drone to follow. Connecting it virtually to an Arduino circuit board will be its way of communicating the directions it needs to go. Other drones do exist but not a modern version for community people to use. Drones used for security are used for bigger sections, and usually come with big set ups that need people to control them. this system will allow that to be cut down, and it will allow smaller but useful version of the drone security systems that are seen normally. Fences are usually the best option for keeping unwanted things out of yard, but fences can range from 1,000-38,000$ to cover just a single acre. while the drone in question would only cost at most 500$, that cut down the price and the effort in half.
the Arduino will be hooked up to the drone and connected to mission planner to determine the where it will go. cameras will be added along with a thermal sensor that will be coded to detects human and animal like thermal points to alert back to the security system. It will be placed around and possibly inside the drone. the drone will be testing on its accuracy and see how well it can handle certain challenges. It will be tested on how far out it will go, and short range it can be. All its parts will be connected to the main board so that the system is referring to everything to make it run smoothly.
