Camp Fees

For leaders, there will be a charge of £17 to cover the cost of food, camp fees and badge. This fee is reduced to £15 if paid before 1 April. Please make cheques payable to HCSC and write the number '81' on the back of the cheque, then post to Pat Brown, 5 South Close, Gosport, PO12 2PS.

Accommodation

There is indoor accommodation on a first arrived, first served basis (for which you'll need a sleeping bag), or you can camp (in which case you'll need to provide your own tent).

Catering

The camp staff includes a catering team, who will prepare all meals for leaders throughout the weekend. Plates, mugs and cutlery are provided, so just a hungry stomach is required (and we generally take turns with the washing up). Please advise any dietary requirements to Pat Brown (address above).

Feedback

Whether or not you are able to attend, feedback on the website is always gratefully received as we now rely entirely on this for communicating information about the event. Please also do all you can to spread awareness of the website throughout your district and the rest of the county.
