My name is Emily Smajstrla and I am from Boerne, Texas. I am 25 years old and currently work as a medical assistant at an OB/GYN office in San Antonio, Texas. I attended and graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science. I have since moved back to San Antonio to be close to my family and to gain patient care experience to further my goal of becoming a Physician Assistant.

CAREER GOALS- My major career goal is to become a Physician Assistant and work in either women's health or dermatology. I am passionate about both of these topics in healthcare and would love to be able to have further education so I could treat and help my own patients one day
LIFE GOALS- My life goal is to travel as much as I can and see the world. I love seeing new sights and learning about new cultures and customs. I am a firm believer that putting yourself in new situations and getting to meet and witness different lifestyles is essential to personal growth, and I aspire to see the world and grow as much as I can.
