Documents For Germany

Germany visa information :

1. Original Valid passport 6 months validity + Old Passports if any.

2. 2 photographs: 3.5X4.5mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.

3. Confirmation of reservation of hotel/apartment.

4. Travel Insurance.

5. Air Tickets.

6. Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.

7. Original personal Bank Statements for the last 6 months updated with healthy and sufficient balance.

8. Salary Slips for the last 3 months - if employed

9. Original Leave Letter from Employer/School/University. - If employed.

10. If Self Employed - Shop Act, Moa, Deed, etc.

11. Retire proof /Pension order- if retired.

12. Student id and bonafide letter - if student.

Documents required from Family/ Friend -

1. Passport & Visa copies.

2. PAY SLIP 3 MONTHS, BANK STATEMENT 3 MONTHS

3. Verpflichtungserklärung (formal obligation letter) if the inviting person is sponsoring the trip.
