All Samsung appliance have one year warranty, purchased from Costco has 2 years warranty. If serial old than 2022, Bill of Sale is required for service. Other cases will all require send approval before make decisions. SAMSUNG call back period is 90 days
For Samsung fridge: 10 years compressor (parts only)
For Samsung OTR Microwave: 5 years on inverter magnetron (parts only)
Samsung cosmetic warranty: 48 hours or GSPN SAW approval.
Samsung 2 man warranty and rate: Tub job and stacked unit, rate is additional $50
Samsung production date check: If the serial number is 15 digits, the 8th digit is the year and the 9th digit is the month. For example: the 8th digit IS W, THEN year is 2023, T is 2022, R is 2021. The 9th digit the month is A, B, C, they are 10, 11, 12 month. If serial old than 2022, bos is required for service.
DACOR WARRANTY (High End)
· DACOR Standard Warranty: Full Two (2) Year Warranty, Cosmetic Warranty: 60 Days for all product. *Must be reported to Dacor within 60 days of the original purchase date to qualify for warranty coverage. Open Box and product sold as-is are excluded from the Cosmetic Warranty.
· DACOR WARRANTY fridge:
Six (6) year Sealed System Warranty (part & labor).
Twelve (12) year Sealed System Warranty (part only).
Fifteen (15) year Compressor Warranty (compressor only).
