Second Appliance Diagnostic Fee:
Beginning January 1st, 2024 Elite Appliance Service will no longer be charging ½ Diagnostic on subsequent appliances within a customer’s home.
All primary and secondary diagnostics fees will now be charged at full rate. We will however offer a $25.00 discount on all completed appliance repairs which were diagnosed by a Technician during his first visit. As an example, if a Technician completes a Diagnostic on 3 appliances on the same visit, at the same address; the $25.00 discount would apply against all three eQuotes. Should you have any questions at all regarding this, please let me know.

To use the serial upload function effectively, follow these steps:
Upload Files:
Use the serial upload function to select and upload your files.
Choose "MAKE":
After uploading, you need to choose the "MAKE" option to proceed.
Click "Upload and Extract":
Click on the "Upload and Extract" button. This will automatically add the model and serial number.
Click "Check Age":
Finally, click on the "Check Age" button to complete the process.
