LG cosmetic warranty--LG will not cover any cosmetic issues and an LG product with a defaced or missing serial tag. Refurbished products or products from second hand shops (reseller) will not be covered under warranty. Customer will need purchase flat rate.
LG 2 man warranty and rate---Tub job and stacked unit, rate is extra $80, no need to request authorization
LG flat rate – only covers 1 issue, also covers cosmetic, will be listed in the initial request. if cx has multiple issue, or different issue from the original request, please refer cx back to LG purchase a new flat rate, if parts on Back Order longer than 14 days, unit is qualified to submit RA request,
LG promoted warranty – COSTCO 2 years warranty, covers functional issue only
LG extended warranty – covers 1 cosmetic and functional issue, if parts on back order ETA over 60 days, we can submit RA request
