Assurant – dispatched by Service Power, must has a dispatch# and pre-authorized amount. If over that amount, the service needs to be quoted, higher priority level and 2 man ok to dispatch, no need to ask cx to unstack.

We have noticed that Assurant preauthorized amount now is including TAX,
For example: $500 is actually tax in, the amount will be $442 + tax
For LG and SAMSUNG if the parts together pre tax is under $500, I will still give it a go, as we have higher profit on these two brands,
For the other brands, I would suggest if only over $20, we don’t need to quote, if $20 over the pre auth amount, then you can email me to submit quote,
