The Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) Team at ELIBEC is a dedicated group of mentors, coordinators, and educators committed to enriching students’ learning experiences beyond the classroom. The team works collaboratively to design, organize, and supervise age-appropriate, meaningful, and value-driven activities that support students’ holistic development.
Through structured planning, continuous guidance, and effective coordination, the ELIBEC ECA Team ensures that extra-curricular programs nurture creativity, confidence, leadership, communication skills, and ethical values—aligned with ELIBEC’s educational vision.

Dr. Md. Sanower Hossain Alam is a dedicated researcher, educator, and mentor with broad experience in academic engagement, research collaboration, and educational leadership. His work reflects a strong commitment to serving society through knowledge, action, and value-based learning.
As an ELIBEC Mentor, he provides strategic guidance to support educational and extra-curricular initiatives, ensuring that programs remain intellectually meaningful, ethically grounded, and student-centered. His mentorship contributes to nurturing critical thinking, creativity, leadership, and social responsibility among learners.

As the ECA Coordinator at ELIBEC, he is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing extra-curricular activities. He works closely with mentors and instructors to ensure smooth execution, quality assurance, and alignment with ELIBEC’s vision, promoting teamwork, leadership, and creativity among students.

As the ECA Teacher Coordinator at ELIBEC, he coordinates ECA instructors, supports lesson planning, and ensures effective communication between teachers and the ECA management team. His role helps maintain consistency, quality, and age-appropriate delivery of ECA sessions.
