🌱 About the Program

ELIBEC is committed to providing holistic education for Bangladeshi expat children by going beyond academic subjects.
As part of this mission, ELIBEC runs a structured Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) program focused on character building, communication, leadership, problem-solving, digital literacy, and resilience.

The ECA program follows a theme-based weekly model, where the same theme is delivered across all classes with age-appropriate depth.

🎯 Position: ECA Teacher (Contractual)

We are inviting applications from motivated, child-friendly, and responsible educators to join ELIBEC as Contractual ECA Teachers.

📘 Engagement Type

• Contractual / Theme-based

• 1 class per week per class

• Online (Zoom)

📚 ECA Themes (Apply for ONE Theme)

Applicants may apply for any one of the following six themes:

1. Character & Manners Development

2. Communication & Expression Skills

3. Social Skills & Leadership

4. Problem Solving & Decision Making

5. Digital Literacy & Programming Basic (Scratch)

6. Time & Resilience

📌 Scratch programming applies mainly to Class 3–5.

🗓️ Class Coverage

• Applicable Classes: Play to Class 5

• Weekly Structure: Same theme across all classes

• Duration: Theme/block-based (1–2 months)

💼 Salary & Workload

Salary: As per ELIBEC rules

Honorarium Basis: Per class

Rate: Same per-class rate as permanent teachers

Additional Incentive: May be provided based on performance and contribution

Workload: 1 class per week per class

👩‍🏫 Who Can Apply

• Teachers, mentors, or educators with experience in:

  • Life skills, communication, leadership, or child development

  • Digital literacy or basic coding (for relevant theme)

• Comfortable with online teaching (Zoom)

• Patient, child-friendly, and professional in conduct

• Willing to follow ELIBEC policies and ECA syllabus
