ELGA Schools has a large database of "Registered", "Certified", and "Accredited" instructors from various fields and with diverse career experiences from all over the globe. The majority of them are PhD holders, University professors, and Senior professionals from multinational companies with many years of professional experience. You can imagine how rich the learning experience is as they come from different backgrounds and nationalities.
A "Registered" ELGA Schools Instructor is a person with teaching experience and skills who is registered in our instructors database for teaching ELGA Schools programs; via one or more of our worldwide authorized training centers (Within his/her own country) only.
A "Certified" ELGA Schools instructor is already an ELGA Schools "Registered" instructor who accumulated certain experience teaching our programs via one or more of our worldwide authorized centers (Worldwide)
An "Accredited" ELGA Schools instructor (AESI) is an individual professional trainer who works as a free lance teaching his/her own programs or courses, (That are not ELGA Schools Programs or courses) and who would like to get his/her own programs and courses - accredited and certified by ELGA Schools
Fill and submit the online application form found on the [Add New Instructor] page, or click on the "ADD Me" icon on the upper right corner of this page. (Please note: The are no other means of joining our instructors database other than starting your registration process by filling the [Add New Instructor] online application form. ELGA Schools DOES NOT accept "New Instructor" applications via; email, telephone, fax, nor even via our authorized training centers. The later may refer those who are interested to become registered instructors to this page in order to apply)
We start processing your application the moment you click on the "Submit" button. It may take up to seven business days until you receive a telephone call from us
An ELGA Schools personnel will be calling you to set a date for an interview with you
An interviewing panel from ELGA Schools will meet with you in order to check the information in your submitted resume. In some circumstances, they may require that you attend a qualifying exam
The interviewing panel will write a report evaluating your qualifications, together with the qualifying exam results (If there will be any), and send it to the school head office
The schools board will meet to reach a decision about accepting your application
Once the schools board accept your application, a contract agreement form will be sent to you for obtaining your signature.
Once we receive your signed contract agreement, you will be added to our "Registered" instructors database, and you become illegible for receiving our training program
In some cases, ELGA Schools may train some of its newly registered instructors on how to master its teaching methodologies and techniques, before assigning "Teaching Tasks" to them
Once all the necessary arrangements were set, then "Voi La..". You are ready to receive our first teaching task at any time
The whole registration process may take 15 to 30 days until you become a "Registered" ELGA Schools instructor
You have to understand that upgrading your status from a "Registered" to a "Certified" instructor will give you the privilege to become an international instructor, as when you were a "Registered" instructor; you were allowed to teach our programs in all ELGA schools authorized training centers that are found within your country of residence only, but when you become a "Certified" instructor, you will be able to globally expand your teaching activities via any ELGA School authorized training center in the world.
This also requires that your teaching capacity reaches "State-of-the-Art", and that you should be qualified for maintaining the school high reputation and quality of its training services in every country where you will be delivering its programs. To keep such standard:
First of all, you must be a "Registered" ELGA Schools instructor for not less than 12 months.
You must accumulate a minimum of (500) hours of teaching one or more of our programs, and in a "Bilingual" class, at any ELGA Schools authorized center(s) found in your country of residence
Demonstrate strong English language ability, and the capacity to deliver a full length program completely and fully in English language
Demonstrate a strong ability for delivering our programs, using "All" our various classroom learning environments
Attend the "Certified" instructor ELGA training program
Passing the "Certified" instructor qualifying exam with a minimum grade of 95%
Accumulate a minimum grade of 95% in your students' evaluation report
Accumulate a minimum grade of 95% in your center(s)'s evaluation report(s)
Receive the school board qualifying certificate
Pay the required certification fees
The whole process may take 15 to 60 days until you become a "Certified" ELGA School instructor
The answer is "YES" you can. Usually Registered (RESI), and Certified ELGA Schools Instructors (CESI) are directly associated, and signed an agreement with us for the purpose of teaching our programs/courses in specific and not for teaching any other types of programs/courses that are not found in our course catalogs.
However, for an Accredited ELGA Schools Instructor (AESI) who is teaching his/her own programs/courses that are accredited and certified by ELGA Schools; and who is willing to become a (RESI); S/he should go through all steps of the designated process to register as a (RESI)
Your contract agreement with ELGA Schools is "Automatically" renewed at the beginning of every fiscal year specifically upon your standing merit. However, your contract agreement with ELGA Schools may be terminated and your registration is cancelled upon your breaching one or more of the terms in your contract agreement
The process of becoming a "Registered" ELGA Schools instructor (RESI) is free of charge.
Also, There are no fees for keeping your status as a "Registered" ELGA Schools instructor (RESI) working for any number of future consecutive years
However, there are some fees that you should pay for upgrading your status from a "Registered" (RESI) to become a "Certified" ELGA Schools instructor (CESI)
There are also some fees that you should pay for upgrading your status from an Accredited ELGA Schools Instructor (AESI), to Become a Registered (RESI)
