...A Proper Redirection
All our faculties offer a series of FREE orientation sessions around the year for its prospective students. It is recommended that you attend the orientation session for the program/course you are willing to take "BEFORE YOU APPLY".
This is important for increasing your awareness about the program of your interest, its learning outcomes, and the level of skills you will be reaching after you finish the program.
During the orientation session you are welcome to ask questions and we will be happy to serving your learning needs.
In order for you to receive your free orientation session, you have to apply through any of our Authorized training centers of your choice.
On your behalf, the (ATC) you choose will file an application requesting an orientation session to be arranged for you to attend free of charge.
Some (ATC's) may require you to fill an internal application form. Please note that any application forms you may be required to fill by any of our (ATC's) are for their internal office use only, and does not represent any obligation from ELGA Schools to you, neither from your side to ELGA Schools.
In response to your (ATC) orientation request, the head office will define the location, date, and the team who will be delivering the orientation session to you, or the date, time, and internet link of the orientation session in case it will be delivered to you live over the internet.
The duration of the orientation session will be one hour plus (15) minutes for questions and answers.
Some (ATC's) may serve snacks and tea during orientation in case you will be attending the session at your (ATC) location
...Claim Your Free Orientation
In order for us to define the proper course level under the program where you should be allocated, we have to assess your experience at the time of your application.
This assessment is important in order to ensure that you will not attend a program that might not be of much benefit to you; All faculties conduct free entry level assessments for all their applicants in order to allocate you in the proper program level that fulfills your learning outcomes and goals.
After you finish attending your free orientation session either at your selected (ATC), or online, you have the option to further proceed with your application for the program of your interest by asking the (ATC) to request an assessment of your experience and skills in order to obtain an "Acceptance Certificate".
The (ATC) may ask you to provide your resume in PDF format, and a recent passport size picture of yours taken in the last twelve months, - in order to upload to our servers.
Some (ATC's) may require you to fill an internal application form. Please note that any application forms you may be required to fill by any of our (ATC's) are for their internal office use only, and does not represent any obligation from ELGA Schools towards you, neither from your side towards ELGA Schools. However, it is encouraged that you DO NOT provide any additional documents to the (ATC) more than your resume and photo at this "Assessment" stage
In response to your (ATC) assessment request, the head office will define the location, date, and panel who will be interviewing you, or the date, time, and internet link of the interviewing session in case the assessment will be carried live over the internet.
The duration of the interview will vary from 30 to 60 minutes depending on your responses to the interviewing process, and the convenience of your interviewing panel
Some (ATC's) may serve snacks and tea during assessment in case you will be attending the session at your (ATC) location
In some circumstances, you may be required to enter a pre-requisite test.
Please note that the whole assessment process including interviewing, pre-requisite exams, and any other further assessment requirements are offered to you free of charge
...Take Your Free Assessment
Once the Faculty board reaches a decision about your eligibility for the program you are applying for, an acceptance certificate will be sent to you.
You will not be able to attend your selected program/course without being accepted by the faculty of the program you are applying for.
Your acceptance certificate will be valid for a Three-month period
You can register for the program of your choice any time during the validity of your acceptance certificate.
Your acceptance certificate automatically expires after three months counted from its issuing date. If your acceptance certificate expired before you register for the program of your choice, then a second re-assessment request should be sent to the head office by your (ATC) but this time you have to pay for the re-assessment services that will be re-offered to you by the faculty for the second time.
Please note that acceptance certificate is granted to you free of charge for the first time. Second time assessments cost the faculty a lot of money for re-interviewing, and/or preparing you another re-assessment exams, thus, it is recommended that you plan registering for your program/course in a timely manner within your acceptance certificate validity dates
...Receive Your Free Acceptance Certificate
After you receive your acceptance certificate you become eligible for registering in the program/course of your choice,
You go to your (ATC) who will send a program registration request to the head office in your behalf and issue you a "Payment Order" including details of your program/course, the tuition fees, and other information that is necessary for your registration.
Parallel to this phase, both your (ATC) and the ELGA Schools head office will start arranging for your nearest available class schedule and location

Once you receive the payment order issued to you by your (ATC), we will be sending you an email containing the link to our online payment gateway web page.
Use the online payment gateway web page to pay for your program/course tuition fees.
In the event that you don't have a credit card or you are unable to use our online gateway payment system, you may (On your own sole responsibility) delegate your (ATC) to do the payment online for you, but please note that in such case, ELGA Schools is not responsible for any fraud or loss that may happen to your paid money for not using our designated online payment system
... A Good Deal You Will Never Regret
After payment of your program or course fees and before attending your class; it is OBLIGATORY that you should sign a "Training Service Agreement" that defines the relationship, and responsibilities of ELGA Schools, the Authorized training center where you will be attending your class, and You.
Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the class before signing this agreement even if after you paid your program/course fees.
In such case, your attendance to the program or course will remain "On Hold" until you sign this agreement.
Delays signing your "Training Service Agreement" may cause you to miss your first original class schedule, and you may wait for a long time until another class is initiated for the same program/course you registered. It is highly advised that you avoid such situation
An Internet link to The "Training Service Agreement" document will be sent to you by mail in order for you to download, sign, and return to ELGA Schools

You may obtain fees for a specific program/course from Authorized Training Centers in your country "ONLY", and not from neither Business or Individual Affiliates, as the mission of these two is ONLY limited to marketing ELGA Schools programs and courses and not to discuss prices or fees of any kind with potential students
However, it is recommended that you compare the price you received from (ATC's) in your country with our declared program/course price. To do so, send us an email including the program/course name and code you are inquiring mentioning your country of residence, or use the [Program/Course Information Request Form], and we will send you the price information you requested
There is no variation in the fees of programs/courses between our different authorized training centers in your country. That is; the "Declared Fees" for a specific program/course is "The Same" across your country regardless the name and location of the authorized training center where you will be attending your class.
Information requests for annual changes in programs/courses fees should be addressed to ELGA Schools ONLY via email
Attending your examination follows a process that is completely separate form your admission and course attendance. Once you finished attending your program or course, you will be eligible to enter your final exam. Please note that some programs may require that you enter more than one exam during your class work together with a final exam:
1- CONTACTING MY (ATC)
As soon as you finish your "Last Day" in class, contact your (ATC) in order to arrange for your examination attendance. Your (ATC) will file a request to the head office in your behalf for preparing an online exam for you and your colleagues in class of the same program or course.
2- MY "FIRST-TIME-FINAL EXAM" (FTFE)...
In general, you should ensure that you attend your "First Time Final Exam" (FTFE) within the first (21) days counting from the date of your "Last Day" in class. Attending your (FTFE) for the first time, and within the (21) days from the date of your "Last Day" in class is offered to you free of charge. In response to your (ATC) request, the head office will send the later the available schedule for your exam. It is important that you should confirm your attendance in the selected date to your (ATC) within (24) hours of your receiving the information about the scheduled date of the exam. Failure to do so may lead to an automatic cancellation of your examination date
2- MY "SECOND-TIME-FINAL EXAM" (STFE)...
Usually, you are offered all your class work exams and your (FTFE) free of charge. In the event that you: missed, rescheduled, or cancelled your (FTFE) then you will have to contact your (ATC) again in order to file a re-examination "SECOND-TIME-FINAL EXAM" (STFE) request in your behalf for the head office to arrange for your new examination schedule. You will have to pay a certain amount of fees For every consecutive "SECOND-TIME-FINAL EXAM" (STFE) request.
3- ATTENDING MY EXAM
All payments for (STFE)'s should be ONLY paid in our representative office in your country. Take the "Payment Order" that you received from your (ATC) directly to our representative office in your country. Our representative office will issue you a receipt. Return a "Copy" of your examination payment receipt to your (ATC). Keep your original receipt with you. Use your ID card for entering the exam. A password of your exam online will be emailed to your valid email address. DO NOT show it to anybody including your (ATC) and his employees and internal staff, it contain your login information to your online exam.
In order to be eligible for graduation; you have to fulfill certain requirements. Graduation requirements vary according to the specialty and type of program you attend. Consult your (ATC) for graduation requirements of specific programs. However, what follows are three sets of the general graduation requirements that you should prepare in order to graduate:

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS THAT SHOULD BE PREPARED AND SUBMITTED BY YOU TO YOUR (ATC) AFTER FINISHING YOUR EXAM
Prepare and Submit your original "Study Planner" to your (ATC)
Prepare and Submit your "Graduation Project Portfolio" to your (ATC)
Prepare and Submit all your "Class Work Portfolio" to your (ATC)
SET (2)
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS THAT SHOULD BE PREPARED AND SUBMITTED BY YOUR (ATC) TO THE FACULTY
Your (ATC) will compile your submitted: "Study Planner", "Class Work Portfolio", and your "Graduation Project Portfolio" in a single PDF file and send it to the faculty
Your (ATC) will also send to the faculty your: "Absence Sheet", "Transcript Sheet and Class Work Grade Book", your "Exam Transcript Sheet and Examination Grade Book", A photocopy of your signed application form, and the original training service agreement form that you signed
Your (ATC) will send to the faculty his internal Evaluation report together with any other supplementary documents that he may find necessary in order to complete your graduation process

EVALUATION REPORTS THAT YOU SUBMIT ONLINE BY THE END OF YOUR LAST DAY IN CLASS AND PRIOR TO ENTERING YOUR FINAL EXAM
In your online "Student Control Panel" you will find links to evaluate your class, rate your program, describes your instructor's performance, and comment on the quality of your (ATC) service. Your submitted reports will go directly to your faculty.
You will not be eligible for graduation until you submit these evaluation reports through your online control panel ONLY. It is strongly advised that you should submit these reports before you leave at the end of your last day in class
ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS
You will be receiving the following graduation documents:
One Original "Sealed" Colored Certificate
One Original "Sealed" Transcript Sheet and Class Work Grade Book
One Original "Sealed" Exam Transcript Sheet and Examination Grade Book
Two Original "Sealed" Reference Letters to introduce to your new job or work employer
A compact disk containing an electronic copy of both your "Class Work Portfolio", and your "Graduation Project Portfolio" compiled in a PDF file, to introduce to your new job or work employer
TRANSCRIPTS COPIES
Usually, you receive your original or first time transcripts free of charge.
In case you would like to obtain copies of any of your original transcripts, you should contact your (ATC) who will send a transcript request to the faculty. The faculty in turn will prepare and send the "Sealed Copy" of your requested transcript to your (ATC).
But you have to pay a certain amount of fees for obtaining "Sealed" copies of any of your original transcripts. Take the "Payment Order" that you received from your (ATC) directly to our representative office in your country. Our representative office will issue you a receipt. Return a "Copy" of your transcript payment receipt to your (ATC), and Keep the original receipt with you.

All graduates of ELGA Schools' programs and courses become permanent alumni members. There pictures, names, and personal contact information will permanently appear in the "Alumni Board of Honor" page
Alumni members will be also granted a life time access to our "Alumni Online Group" in order to receive our future news, help them find jobs that matches the qualification and skills they learned throughout our programs, and to stay in touch with each other and with us.
Every issued graduation certificate is recorded in our Certification Database, and the information of every student is also recorded in our Alumni Board of Honor. Both Databases are Accessible. You can freely refer your employers for cross check
