An ELGA Schools Accredited Training Organization (ATO) is either an established or startup independent training center that provides its own programs/courses - (And not ELGA Schools programs/courses), and training services in your local area and/or country, and whose programs and courses are accredited by ELGA Schools
An authorized training center (ATC) is a training service provider who signed an agreement with us in order to deliver our programs/courses in its workplace
While an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) is also a training service provider who signed an agreement with us but only for the purpose of accrediting its own programs/courses by ELGA Schools, An (ELGA Schools-ATO Agreement) does not allow the (ATO) to deliver any of our programs/courses in its work place.
However, and under special circumstances, a training center may enter in a (Double ATC-ATO Agreement) with ELGA Schools to accredit its own programs/courses, and also to deliver our programs/courses in its workplace
It's our pleasure making business with you. Establishing a new ELGA Schools Accredited Training Organization (ATO) passes through a careful selection process.
Fill and submit the [New ELGA Schools Affiliate] online application form found on the [Join Affiliate Program] page, or click on the "ADD Me" icon on the upper right corner of this page. (Please note: The are no other means of accrediting your training center other than starting your registration process by filling the [New ELGA Schools Affiliate] online application form. ELGA Schools DOES NOT accept applications for new accredited training centers via; email, telephone, fax, nor any other means.
We start processing your application the moment you click on the "Submit" button. It may take up to seven business days until you receive a telephone call from us
An ELGA Schools personnel will be calling you to set a date for an interview with your business representatives
An interviewing panel from ELGA Schools will meet with you in order to check the information you submitted in the application, and set a date for visiting your training center for the purpose of assessing your available learning environments
The interviewing panel will write a report evaluating your center qualifications and send it to the schools head office
The schools board will meet to reach a decision about accepting your application
Once the schools board accept your application, You will be required to sign and return an (ELGA-ATO Protocol) . The protocol will be sent to the email you provide in your [ADD AFFILIATE] online application
Once we receive your signed contract agreement protocol, you will be added to our worldwide Accredited Training Organization directory.
The whole registration process may take 15 to 30 days until you become a an ELGA Schools Accredited Training Organization (ATO)
YES. There is a certain amount of fees that you should be paying in order to accredit your training organization.
This is because in order for your organization to be accredited by ELGA Schools, in fact, you will be accrediting your programs/courses together with your center capacity and environment.
The process of accrediting your programs/courses requires that all your programs/courses will be assessed by us to ensure they meet ELGA Schools curriculum standards.
Accrediting your programs/courses/and center capacity will allow your programs/courses to be certified by ELGA Schools.
In other words, you will be able to freely deliver your own programs/courses to your students and we will certify these courses for you
Upon merits of good standing your (ELGA-ATO Protocol) will be automatically renewed at the end of every fiscal year. And/or upon mutual agreement, your (ATO) Protocol may be changed to a detailed contract. However, your (ATO) Protocol will be cancelled upon your violation of terms and conditions set. In such event; terms and conditions of violation applies.
