I'm an Assistant Professor in Philosophy and, by courtesy, in Psychological and Brain Sciences and in Linguistics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Before this, I was an Assistant Professor in Philosophy and Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I received my PhD in Philosophy from the University of Southern California in 2020.
My research interests are in philosophy of mind and cognitive science, philosophy of language, and social philosophy.
When I'm not doing philosophy, I'm doing mischief with this guy. [Update: these guys]

I am a team member on the project Conceptual Engineering and Communicative Disruptions: between Semantics and Pragmatics (CECODISP), led by Delia Belleri and Claudia Picazo, for which we've just received funding by the Spanish State Research Agency.
I'm currently visiting the Human Abilities Center (Center for Advanced Studies / FU Berlin) in Berlin as a research fellow.
