Watercolor Resist Webs

Students will be able to: Use straight and curvy lines to create a spider web 🕸

We began by examining a drawing of a spider web, and deciphering which lines were straight and which were curvy. Then we drew our spider webs line-by-line with white crayon. Finally, we used watercolor paint to reveal our hidden webs.
