Expressive Lines

Students will be able to: Use expressive lines to convey mood 🎼

We began class by defining abstract and expressive. I explained how lines can have certain qualities that convey certain feelings. We talked about different types of lines, and which ones seem to express emotions. For the activity, I played six songs that varied in mood and genre. The students could only use line and color to portray how the songs made them feel.
