Students will be able to: Decipher between flat and not flat 🌻
We began our discussion by introducing the painting Sunflowers by VIncent Van Gogh. We talked about how we could tell which flowers were in the front and which were further back. Then we named the parts that went into his still life (flowers, vase, table, wall, etc.). Students then created their own versions of his painting, and created a 3-dimensional flower using clay.
