Parries
Parries have been revamped. Now the active parry frames for all parry techniques match the parry animation, and animations have been also sped up. All parries now have a 3 frames start up window, but the Buckler Shield one, that has 4 frames start up, but it also has larger wind up window (7 frames vs 6 frames). It is possible to cancel the parry animation earlier.
Parry now doesnt limit to Parry Weapon Art. There are also a bunch of Ashes of War with added parry frames. More info on Ashes of War section.
Ashes of War
All modded AoW have the same treatment as other weapons attacks animations. This means earlier cancels, possibility to feint the attack cancelling the starting frames into dodge, and sped up animations. All these changes allow to integrate AoW into combos and create new combat tactics when combined with other mod additions. Currently, these are the ones adjusted:
