Vanilla areas tiering levels have been reworked. Instead of following a long, somewhat rigid fixed progression, now ERTE allows more freedom with a five main areas design, that also have flattened leveling progression, so the difference in enemies stats (HP and damage output mainly) is in between a x2.0 and x1.5, instead of the whooping x7.0 and x3.5 that you can find in vanilla Elden Ring.
This means you can go wherever you want, you will not break game difficulty overleveling. And even though some areas will be harder if you go straight from the start, you will still be able to complete it.
