Artist Alley

Step inside the library to shop and roam the aisles of Artist Alley where you'll find comic book artists, illustrators, authors, costumers, prop builders, and more! Visit the Artists page and Authors page to see our full line of talented creatives.

Costume and Prop Exhibit

11am - 3pm | Lee Maternowski Room | All ages

The Horror & SciFi Prop Preservation Association (HSPPA) will bring its mobile exhibit to give you an up-close-and-personal look at many screen-used and production-made costumes, props, and prosthetics from classic and recent movies and TV shows - from the CW's Arrow and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman to Masters of the Universe and Spaceballs.

Face Painting

11am - 3pm | Youth Services | All ages

Fabulous Faces returns to Elk Grove Library Comic Con®! They will be on hand for superhero face painting. Complete your superhero or fantasy look with one of their marvelous designs.

Famous Car Show

11am - 3pm | Entrance Parking Lot | All ages

Get a photo with some of the most iconic vehicles in Hollywood history! Visit the Famous Car Show page to see the "celebrity" lineup.

Food Trucks

11am - 3pm | Library Parking Lot | All ages

Need to power up? Grab a bite to eat at one of our onsite food trucks. A tented food area with tables and chairs will be set up on the Village Green near the fountain. Visit our Food Trucks page to see what's on the menu at comic con.

Photo Booth

11am - 3pm | Café Area | All ages

Wearing an awesome costume and want to show it off? Take a photo in front of our super flashy backdrop.

Stranger Things Scavenger Hunt

11am - 2pm | Throughout the Library | All ages

Residents of Hawkins are lost in the Library! Help find them in our Stranger Things scavenger hunt. First, pick up punch card at the Comic Con Information Table. Then, search for comic con guests dressed like characters from Stranger Things located inside the Library. They will be wearing EGVPL waffle buttons, so you know you've found the right character. When found, each character will punch your card. After you complete your punch card, return to the Comic Con Information Table to receive a special prize and a raffle ticket for a chance to win the grand prize. Winning ticket will be drawn at 2pm. You do not need to be present to win.

Trivia Wheel

11am - 3pm | Lobby | All ages

Test your knowledge of popular fandoms including Disney, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and more. All participants will win a prize.
