Writing Overview of Research: 

Start with a recap of what your research set out to do. Summarise your objectives, methods, and key findings in a clear and simple way to set the tone for the final chapter. 

How to Discuss your Research Findings - Part 1:

This section helps you connect your findings with existing literature and theories. You'll explain whether your results support or contradict past studies and why that might be. 

How to Discuss your Research Findings - Part 2:

Now go deeper — highlight patterns, explain anomalies, and interpret your data in light of your research framework. This is where you show your thinking and analysis skills. 

Writing a Research Conclusion:

Wrap things up by summarising the major insights and answering your research questions. The goal here is to show how your study contributes to knowledge and practice. 

Writing Research Implications: 

What does your research mean in the real world? Here you’ll discuss its impact — for practice, theory, policy, or future research directions. 

Writing Limitations of Research:

No study is perfect, and that’s okay. Be honest about what limited your study (e.g., time, scope, sample size) and how it may have affected the results. 

Writing Recommendations for Future Research:

Based on what you found (and what you couldn’t), suggest what future researchers should explore. This shows awareness and helps move the field forward. 

Writing Chapter Summary:

End the chapter with a brief summary of the key points. A well-written summary gives closure and prepares the reader for the final parts of your thesis.
