Hey there, UTM students!
If you’re doing your MEd project under FEST: Faculty of Educational Sciences and Technology and feeling unsure where to start – you’re in the right place.

This playbook is designed just for you, to help you make sense of the whole research journey. We’ve split it into two big phases:

• RS1 → Chapters 1 to 3: Plan it right. This is where you shape your ideas, dive into literature, and design your research.

• RS2 → Chapters 4 & 5: Do it well. Here’s where the real action happens – collecting data, analyzing results, and wrapping up with a solid conclusion.

Each step is explained in a simple, practical way so you can move forward with confidence – whether you're writing proposals, reviewing theories, or discussing findings.
