Resident as Teachers, Foundations of Emergency Medicine Faculty Lead: July 2023-Present
Foundations of Emergency Medicine is a national case-based curriculum for residents. At our program, 3rd year residents are able to volunteer to serve as the facilitator for the cases, which are presented oral boards-style. I started this initiative at our program this academic year. The program consisted of an orientation for the interested residents. During the sessions, I observe their teaching and provide them with feedback. There are 5 residents participating this year.
Chicago Medical School Mentoring Program: January 2025 - Present
